In with the Feminine, Out with the Masculine - bringing balance into you chaos

Sometimes all you need to do, is remind yourself that whatever energy you take in, is what then births out into your physical life and having that in mind, whenever life gives you lemons, you don’t need to make a lemonade, tart or whatever the quote is - you can just let the lemons be - or in other words - don’t energetically feed that which you don’t want to see becoming part of your reality.

A bit confusing, I know. But let me give you a bit of a background and I promise, it will all fall into place.

I’ve been dealing with a leak(s) in my home for over a week now and it’s been an extremely frustrating experience.

Just to paint the picture, there was waste pipe water dripping from the spotlight in one of my bathrooms, the floor in the storage room got flooded, the walls in the hallway were soaking wet and the worst one - it was literally “raining” from the ceiling in my living room.

As a natural hermit and someone who absolutely LOVES spending time at home, this has been such a rollercoaster of an experience.

Just imagine yourself in this situation for a moment - what would be your reaction? To fight, right?! To look for a solution, to get involved, to speak up, to be assertive, stand up for yourself and your “rights”, even threaten with a lawsuit which, quite frankly, takes an insane amount of energy, especially if acting from your Feminine. Yes, I did all that, and the the outcome:

  • The leak is still ongoing,
  • My home smells like damp,
  • There is black mould on the walls,
  • There are a number of buckets lined up gathering the water leaks,
  • A bunch of towels on the floor (which need squeezing every couple hours)
  • My comfort has been destroyed
  • My routine is all over the place
  • I’m behind with all work projects
  • I already had a few mental breakdowns
  • My peace is gone

So clearly, “fighting” against it was not the solution. That’s when it struck me.

In with the Feminine, Out with the Masculine.

It’s Saturday, Jan 11th as I am writing this blog. After a chaotic morning, I took myself out on a little afternoon coffee date, to distance myself from the aforementioned scene and allow myself to reconnect with my Feminine Energy because being in the midst of this chaos, all I was creating for myself was even more stress.

My intention was clear - to bring myself into a state of balance  as I stay present in the moment.

In the past hour I’ve observed several people, distancing myself from the “reality” at home and innocently tuning into their day before I can tune back into my core.

I began by observing a woman, probably around mid 40’s, sitting not far from me. She was sipping tea, staring at the void. Actually, she looked like she wasn’t even here, as if spaced out - physically here, mentally elsewhere. There were a few high street shopping bags on the spare chair beside her and she was well-dressed, with subtle but nicely done makeup. I wondered what bad news she had trouble accepting. Certainly bigger than my leaky home.

Next, there was a bald, averagely dressed, middle-aged man, sitting alone, 2 tables down from me. He seemed rather preoccupied. He was watching people passing by, outside the café. Every now and then he would sigh heavily. I couldn’t see well enough but it appeared to me his eyes were watering. It wasn’t difficult to tell he felt stuck with something in his life, way more dramatic than my problem.

Right next to me was a guy, probably in his late 20’s - early 30’s. He had a nice coat on, a pair of those big headphones and was working on his Mac. From what I could see (yes, I did have a little glance at his screen) there were complicated graphics and formulas - my guess was that he's an engineer. He was so invested in his work - you could tell whatever he was prepping for meant so much for him.

Another hour later, having written 2 pages of this blog, I  felt so rooted into my Feminine Energy. I successfully brought back the energy I had outsourced into something I did not have the skills & the knowledge to solve.

Having the understanding that chaos comes into your life when you’re running on low energy supply is the key to bringing balance in & sometimes all you need is to take a moment or two and remain present. But not present with the problem that you have no control over - remain present in your body, with your energy, connecting with your core.

In with the Feminine, Out with the Masculine - the choice to amplify certain emotion is yours, but the consequence of that emotion alchemising into your physical world is a simple Universal Law, us humans have zero power over. We either learn the laws, obey by them & win in life, or go against them & torture ourselves, almost  by choice.

So next time you feel absorbed into your chaos, take an energetic step back from it & then step into your own self. Your divine world is where your balance lies.

Love,

Antonia

P.S. I manifested a resolution on the following day. The leak got fixed.

Hello Antonia, thank you so much for sharing your story. This article was on point! Not only is it well written but it resonated with me on so many levels and called me out in more paragraphs than one. Especially the part that states “chaos comes into your life when you’re running on low energy” hit close to home. You inspired me to sit back and observe my own situation – I will try and step into my innermost self. Sending you the best wishes and cheers to starting your own blog. Love and good vibes, J.
