Refunds

You may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once you have joined a program, an online course or digital event, no refunds can be issued.

​Registrant may be removed from course at any time, if policies have been abused.

Cancellation/Reschedule

A coaching session can be cancelled, however no refund will be issued.

A coaching session can be rescheduled, with no additional charge, however a 12 hours notice prior to appointment is required.

Both, Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is cancelled.

If the Client turns up late for a coaching session, the Coach will extend the session to make up for the late start.

ANTONIAIVAN is unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges as all sales are final. In the event of dissatisfaction with services or products please email ivantonia.contact@gmail.com and we will happily look for a mutual resolution.
